Expeditor - Eccles

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Expeditor for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. The role will support procurement activities across onshore and/or offshore assignments, with a strong focus on safe execution, quality, reliability and effective project delivery.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities from requisition and RFQ through evaluation, purchase order and delivery.
• Source qualified vendors and obtain competitive commercial and technical offers.
• Coordinate bid evaluations, clarifications, negotiations and approvals with relevant stakeholders.
• Track purchase orders, vendor documentation, expediting and delivery status.
• Apply practical knowledge of Vendor expediting, inspection, logistics to support safe and effective role execution.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures, ethical standards and project requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Supply Chain/Engineering.
• Relevant experience: 2–6+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Vendor expediting, inspection, logistics.
• Strong documentation, computer literacy and attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
