Field Operator IV – SPS - Eccles

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Field Operator IV – SPS for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. Key focus areas include senior field execution for subsea production systems. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong safety awareness, technical competence and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Location: Guyana / Offshore project locations
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead senior field execution for subsea production-system equipment, including wellhead/tree activities as assigned.
• Verify equipment readiness, procedures, tooling and personnel requirements before field operations.
• Direct installation, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of SPS equipment within approved limits.
• Provide technical guidance to field personnel and coordinate interfaces with customers and offshore teams.
• Maintain accurate job reports, equipment history and lessons learned.
• Ensure strict compliance with pressure-control, lifting, offshore and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Technical qualification; offshore training.
• Senior-level field experience in subsea production systems or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated capability in SPS, wellhead/tree equipment, HSE.
• Strong understanding of HSE, permit-to-work and safe-work practices relevant to the assigned role.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
