We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Clerk to join our team at Swiss Machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- File and organize financial documents
- Support senior staff with administrative accounting tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in an accounting or clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
