Offshore Medic - Diamond

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Offshore Medic for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. The role will support medical activities across onshore and/or offshore assignments, with a strong focus on safe execution, quality, reliability and effective project delivery.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-response, emergency and routine medical care to offshore personnel within professional scope of practice.
• Maintain the offshore clinic, medical inventory, controlled records and emergency equipment in a state of readiness.
• Assess injuries and illnesses and coordinate telemedical support or medevac when required.
• Support emergency drills, first-aid readiness and health-promotion activities.
• Maintain confidential medical records and required occupational-health documentation.
• Comply with medical protocols, offshore HSE procedures and applicable professional standards.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Paramedic/nursing; offshore medical.
• Relevant experience: 2–6+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Emergency care, offshore medicine.
• Strong understanding of company procedures, quality requirements and safe-work expectations.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
