Senior Accounting Clerk - La Parfaite Harmonie

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accounting Clerk to join our team at GraceKennedy Money Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
• Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• File and organize financial documents
• Support senior staff with administrative accounting tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in an accounting or clerical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
