Tender/Proposal Engineer - Diamond

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Tender/Proposal Engineer for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. The role will support commercial activities across onshore and/or offshore assignments, with a strong focus on safe execution, quality, reliability and effective project delivery.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial activities including client engagement, proposals, tenders, contracts and opportunity tracking.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors and project stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial inputs, quotations, bid documentation and management reports as required.
• Review scope, commercial terms, risks and obligations and escalate issues appropriately.
• Apply practical knowledge of RFQ/RFP, estimating, proposals to support safe and effective role execution.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure commercial activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Engineering/Commercial.
• Relevant experience: 3–8+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in RFQ/RFP, estimating, proposals.
• Strong documentation, computer literacy and attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
