Camp Boss - New Amsterdam

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Camp Boss for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. The role will support catering activities across onshore and/or offshore assignments, with a strong focus on safe execution, quality, reliability and effective project delivery.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support safe, efficient catering and accommodation services for assigned site or offshore personnel.
• Plan or assist with meal service, food preparation, hygiene and housekeeping requirements as applicable.
• Maintain food-safety, sanitation and HACCP controls in kitchens, stores and service areas.
• Monitor stock levels, receiving, storage and rotation of food and consumable supplies.
• Apply practical knowledge of Camp management, HSE, catering to support safe and effective role execution.
• Maintain service records and comply with site HSE, security and waste-management procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Hospitality/operations experience.
• Relevant experience: 3–8+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Camp management, HSE, catering.
• Strong understanding of company procedures, quality requirements and safe-work expectations.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
