Material Controller - Anna Regina

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Material Controller for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. Key focus areas include control receipt, storage, issue and tracking of project/FPSO materials. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong safety awareness, technical competence and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Control receipt, storage, issue and traceability of project or operational materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock locations and ERP transactions.
• Verify material identification, quantities, condition and documentation during receiving and issuing.
• Coordinate material availability with procurement, warehouse, logistics and project teams.
• Apply practical knowledge of Inventory, ERP, materials control to support safe and effective role execution.
• Comply with warehouse HSE, lifting, handling and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Supply chain/warehouse qualification.
• Relevant experience: 2–6+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Inventory, ERP, materials control.
• Strong documentation, computer literacy and attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
