Offshore Security Supervisor - Diamond

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Offshore Security Supervisor for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. The role will support security activities across onshore and/or offshore assignments, with a strong focus on safe execution, quality, reliability and effective project delivery.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore security personnel, access control and security routines for the assigned facility.
• Coordinate personnel screening, visitor control, patrols and security incident response.
• Maintain security logs, shift rosters, access records and equipment readiness.
• Conduct briefings and ensure personnel follow facility security procedures and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with offshore management, marine, HSE and emergency-response teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with offshore security and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Security qualification; offshore experience.
• Relevant experience: 3–8+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Security management, access control.
• Strong understanding of company procedures, quality requirements and safe-work expectations.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
