Security Supervisor – Offshore - Bartica

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Security Supervisor – Offshore for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. Key focus areas include supervise offshore security activities, personnel, access control and incident response. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong safety awareness, technical competence and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore security personnel, access control and security routines for the assigned facility.
• Coordinate personnel screening, visitor control, patrols and security incident response.
• Maintain security logs, shift rosters, access records and equipment readiness.
• Conduct briefings and ensure personnel follow facility security procedures and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with offshore management, marine, HSE and emergency-response teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with offshore security and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Security qualification; offshore training.
• Relevant experience: 3–8+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Security, offshore operations, HSE.
• Strong understanding of company procedures, quality requirements and safe-work expectations.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
