Warehouse Supervisor - Mc Doom

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Warehouse Supervisor for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. The role will support warehouse activities across onshore and/or offshore assignments, with a strong focus on safe execution, quality, reliability and effective project delivery.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, personnel and daily work execution in line with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock records, locations, inventory transactions and supporting documentation.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quantity, identification and condition.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and operations teams to meet material requirements.
• Apply practical knowledge of Inventory, HSE, ERP to support safe and effective role execution.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with warehouse HSE and material-handling requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Warehouse/Supply Chain.
• Relevant experience: 3–8+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Inventory, HSE, ERP.
• Strong documentation, computer literacy and attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
