Well Site Coordinator - La Bonne Intention

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Well Site Coordinator for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. Key focus areas include coordinate wellsite activities, people, equipment and customer service delivery. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong safety awareness, technical competence and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily wellsite activities, personnel, equipment and service-company interfaces.
• Confirm operational readiness, schedules, permits, logistics and documentation before work starts.
• Track field progress, operational constraints and action items and escalate issues promptly.
• Facilitate communication between client, supervisors, service providers and support teams.
• Maintain wellsite reports, handovers, equipment status and service records.
• Promote compliance with well-control, HSE, journey-management and site procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Engineering/technical qualification.
• Relevant experience: 3–8+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Wellsite operations, coordination, HSE.
• Strong understanding of HSE, permit-to-work and safe-work practices relevant to the assigned role.
• Ability to work at assigned project locations in Guyana and adapt to operational priorities.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
