Civil Supervisor - Bartica

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Civil Supervisor for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. The role will support construction activities across onshore and/or offshore assignments, with a strong focus on safe execution, quality, reliability and effective project delivery.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, personnel and daily work execution in line with project requirements.
• Review drawings, work packs, method statements and material readiness before field execution.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment and interfaces with other disciplines.
• Monitor productivity, progress and quality and resolve field constraints in a timely manner.
• Apply practical knowledge of Civil works, concrete, foundations to support safe and effective role execution.
• Report progress, risks, resource needs and outstanding actions to project management.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: Civil Engineering/technical qualification.
• Relevant experience: 5–10+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Civil works, concrete, foundations.
• Strong understanding of HSE, permit-to-work and safe-work practices relevant to the assigned role.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
