Recruiter – Oil & Gas - Georgetown

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Recruiter – Oil & Gas for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. The role will support HR activities across onshore and/or offshore assignments, with a strong focus on safe execution, quality, reliability and effective project delivery.

Location: Guyana – Georgetown and/or offshore project locations, depending on assignment
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations or training activities for assigned operations.
• Maintain accurate employee, candidate, competency and training records in approved systems.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, supervisors and employees to resolve HR-related actions in a timely manner.
• Support compliance with company policies, local employment requirements and internal procedures.
• Apply practical knowledge of Technical recruitment, sourcing to support safe and effective role execution.
• Promote professional communication, confidentiality and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: HR/Recruitment.
• Relevant experience: 2–6+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Technical recruitment, sourcing.
• Strong documentation, computer literacy and attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
