Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Technical Services Representative / Field Supervisor 1 – Upstream Chemicals for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. Key focus areas include lead account/chemical-service activities and technical teams supporting production chemistry. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong safety awareness, technical competence and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead field delivery of upstream chemical services and provide technical support to production operations.
- Monitor chemical-treatment performance, sampling, dosage, inventory and field equipment as applicable.
- Analyse operational and laboratory data and recommend adjustments to improve treatment effectiveness.
- Coordinate technicians, customer representatives and laboratory support for service delivery.
- Prepare service reports, performance summaries and technical recommendations.
- Maintain chemical-handling, environmental, quality and HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification/certification: Chemical/engineering or technical qualification.
- Relevant experience: 3–8+ years.
- Demonstrated capability in Production chemistry, customer service, team leadership.
- Strong understanding of HSE, permit-to-work and safe-work practices relevant to the assigned role.
- Ability to work at assigned project locations in Guyana and adapt to operational priorities.
- Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
