Wellsite Supervisor - La Parfaite Harmonie

Futurist Investments Guyana Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Wellsite Supervisor for current and upcoming opportunities supporting Guyana’s oil & gas and industrial projects. The role will support drilling activities across onshore and/or offshore assignments, with a strong focus on safe execution, quality, reliability and effective project delivery.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate drilling activities, personnel and daily work execution in line with project requirements.
• Review operational plans, procedures, equipment readiness and risk assessments before execution.
• Coordinate rig, service-company and contractor interfaces and monitor operational performance.
• Track well parameters, operational progress, non-productive time and technical issues.
• Apply practical knowledge of Wellsite operations, contractor management to support safe and effective role execution.
• Prepare accurate daily reports, lessons learned and technical documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification/certification: IWCF/IADC; offshore experience.
• Relevant experience: 5–10+ years.
• Demonstrated capability in Wellsite operations, contractor management.
• Strong understanding of HSE, permit-to-work and safe-work practices relevant to the assigned role.
• Ability to work at offshore/project locations and meet applicable medical, safety and rotation requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural project environment.
